Dr. Tina Heil is the Director of Gwinnett Dental Career Academy and also a practicing general
dentist and the owner of Suwanee Family Dentistry. Before opening Suwanee Family Dentistry,
she received her Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of
Technology. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of
Georgia School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental
Association, Gwinnett Dental Society, and is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Heil's teaching experience includes an appointment as a clinical instructor in the Oral
Rehabilitation Department at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Dr. Heil has also
been a FAA Certified Flight Instructor for 13 years, and has attained a NAFI Master Flight
Instructor Designation.
In her spare time Dr. Heil enjoys aviation, hiking, biking and other outdoor activities.

Cindy Maison has been the Program Leader and Instructor for Gwinnett Dental Career Academy since it was started in 2006.
She has more than twenty two years experience in general dentistry as well as several specialties
including dental laboratory work, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pedodontics. She has experience with all back office duties as well as the
front office. She has both expanded duties and radiology certifications. You will find that Cindy truly enjoys all aspects of dentistry and wants to help you become successful in this field too! |
