Chairside Assisting Skills - 4 handed dentistry
Dental Instruments and Tray Systems
Topical and Local Anesthetic
Dental Cements and other Restorative Materials
Hands on practice passing instruments with Dr. Heil, each student will actually perform composite filling procedure several times with Dr. Heil.
Dental Specialty Instruments and Procedures - Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics and Prosthodontics
Dental Laboratory Procedures, Alginate Impressions, Bleaching trays. Each student will take impressions and pour models several times, and will make a set of bleaching trays for themselves.
Crown prep procedures, extraoral fabrication of temporary crowns.
Removable prosthodontics (denture and partial) procedures.
Pit and Fissure sealant procedures.
Job Seeking and Resume skills.
Introduction to EagleSoft software.
